Shipping and Returns
Your shipping packaging
Parcels are normally delivered 2 days after receipt of payment with Swiss Post without the possibility of ordering and delivery without signature. If you prefer to receive a postal shipment by registered mail, additional costs will be incurred. Please contact us if you want to choose this delivery method.
Shipping costs include loading and packaging fees as well as postage costs. The loading fees are fixed, with transport costs fluctuating depending on the total weight of the package. We advise you to combine several items in one order. We cannot merge two different orders, and shipping costs are calculated separately for each order. Your package will be shipped at your risk, but fragile goods will be handled with special care.
The shipping boxes are chosen in such a way that nothing should happen during shipping.
Storage residues
Delay in delivery
If items are not in stock, they are ordered immediately, we issue an order from the supplier once a week and thus procure the backlog of items.
The items should arrive within 14 days.
Taking back
Your returns
At your own expense, you can return the items within 10 days. It should be noted that they must arrive in their original packaging and intact. Be concerned that the packaging is chosen correctly.
The fees shall be borne by the customer.
